Overview

Non sealing type double screw pump rotor is a kind of self absorption capacity of the pump volume, suitable for shipbuilding, petroleum and chemical industry, used to transport oil and fuel oil chemical medium, syrup, fruit juice, also used for sewage treatment and bottom stripping, the transport medium viscosity up to 10000mm²/s. The maximum discharge pressure 1.0MPa, flow range 4 ~ 1569m³/h.

Type

According to the materials of the screw and pump body,the type 2GC and 2LB each can be divided into four types:

◆ Type 2GC1 and type 2LB1:the driving and driven screws are steel integrating screw and they can transport lubricating oil and residual oil,etc.

◆ Type 2GC2 and type 2LB2:the driving and driven screws are steel core coupper combination screw and they can transport voaltile oil such as gasoline,kerosene naphtha,etc.

◆ Type 2GC3 and type 2LB3:the driving and driven screws are steel core stainless steel combination screw and they can transport the common corrosive media such as aviation kerosene.

◆ Type 2GC4 and 2LB4:the driving and driven screws are steel core stainless steel combination screw and other casting part cast by stainless steel and they mainly transport high corrosive media and liquid food.
